Hey. We’ve been expecting you.

First time at Pole Physique?
Here’s what you need to know.

Don’t be late!

There's a chance we might not be able to let you in. If you're late and miss even part of the warm up we will not be able to let you join. This is due to insurance and class etiquette.

Be ready for class if you can.

At the start of class, the door will be opened for you to come in and get ready. If you want to change your clothes in private, there are toilets just down the hall. If you're changing in the toilets, please throw some clothing on top whilst you wait in the hall. This is because the hall is a communal area.

We have supplies.

When you arrive into the studio please put your belongings into our storage cubes and then take the cloth, spray bottle, and phone stand provided to your desired pole.

Clean down your pole before and after class.

After class make sure to pop your cloths in the 'used cloths' bin and if you want to be really nice replenish the tub with fresh new cloths for the next person.

signature classes

We have a vast variety of classes to choose from.

These are regular pole classes which are typically ‘pole fitness’ based, working on pole tricks and spins along with some combos and occasionally pole dance sequences.

Our studio is well known for the dance based classes we offer, as we teach all different styles of pole dance, from flow to the more sensual style.
