Let’s start at the beginning of pole.

You’re here because we share a love of pole. Right?

Pole Physique was established in the early 2000’s, way back when pole wasn’t as main stream as it is today. Heels were lower, pole clothes were whatever you could find in the local Sports Direct, and well, now it’s a whole world of its own.

These days we have the luxury of pole wear, websites like Pole Junkie and think anything less than a 8 inch heel is going out attire.

The previous director of Pole Physique, Tiff Finney, was the proud owner for 10 years before the new owner and director, Zoe Lang, took over the studio to make it the success it is today!

Zoe was delighted to take on the studio and knew she could push it to its full potential, following her years of teaching pole, holding her own pole classes, running PoleOclock Fitness and many years of photographing pole sessions at PoleOclock Images. She has taken it to the next level bringing an abundance of new classes, incredible instructors and not forgetting, the full wall of mirrors.

We are always looking for ways to improve the studio and give our students the best experience. We have regular social events including free pizza. This is our way of saying thanks to our students for their continued support and there’s always a chance to perform in a safe space environment that our students love.

Workshops with big names in the pole industry are often booked to let students learn new interesting tricks and techniques and allow them to meet their pole idols. We love hosting and encourage our students to let us know who they would like to visit.

Come and see for yourself what Pole Physique is all about and join our stupendous group of students.

Say hello to PoleOClock

PoleOclock was originally created to give Zoe a creative project and provide her pole friends with some amazing photos they will cherish for life!

As a BA Degree qualified Photographer with over 10 years experience you can understand she couldn't wait to combine the two.

It has now grown to have its own Glasgow, Scotland based studio and is now traveling around the UK providing pole photography to the pole addicts just like her.

Take a look at the PoleOclock website and if you have any questions about booking your pole shoot then just ask.
