Getting to the studio.
Pole Physique is based at Templeton On The Green in Glasgow, and getting here is nice and straightforward. Read below for directions, parking info and all the little details to help you arrive feeling relaxed and ready for class.

By Train:
We’re a 2-minute walk from Bridgeton Train Station. Exit the station, head straight ahead along London Road for a few minutes and you’ll see White Studios come into view.
By Bus:
Several buses stop nearby on London Road.
On Foot:
It’s a pleasant walk from Glasgow city centre, about 15–20 minutes from Merchant City.
Parking: Free private parking is available at the studio. Details on how to register your car are sent in your booking confirmation
Studio Access: The studio is open to class attendees at least 10 minutes before class start time. Check your booking confirmation for exact arrival guidance. If you’re early, feel free to wait in the lobby area.
