  • Wear form fitting clothing such as shorts, vests, crop tops etc that keep your arms and legs exposed for gripping to the pole for Pole classes. Barefoot is perfect, socks could be handy too, you don’t need heels for our regular pole classes but may need them for the dance style class (read each class description when booking)

    For our dance based classes, you can wear full length leggings and sleeves but bring shorts incase you need grip. You will also need kneepads & pole heels are preferred.

  • Free private parking is available. You will get the information on how to register your car in your confirmation email.

  • Take a look at this handy video to find your way into the studio.

  • Don’t be late! There's a chance we might not be able to let you in. If you're late and miss even part of the warm up we will not be able to let you join. This is due to insurance and class etiquette.

  • Be ready for class if you can. At the start of class, the door will be opened for you to come in and get ready. If you want to change your clothes in private, there are toilets just down the hall. If you're changing in the toilets, please just throw some clothing on top whilst you wait in the hall. This is because the hall is a communal area.

  • When you arrive into the studio please put your belongings into our storage cubes and then take the cloth, spray bottle and phone stand provided to your desired pole.

    Clean down your pole before and after class.

    After class make sure to pop your cloths in the 'used cloths' bin and if you want to be really nice replenish the tub with a fresh new cloths for the next person.

  • Please don't wear body oils or moisturiser for at least 24 hrs before class as this will make the pole too slippy to be able to use.

  • We have a total of 8 shiny competition-grade X-Poles, Out of these, 3 poles are made of stainless steel and measure 45mm in diameter, making them an excellent choice for those who have a nickel allergy. The remaining 5 poles are made of chrome and have a slimmer diameter of 40mm, making them ideal for individuals with small hands.

  • Please make sure to cancel class by using the booking system you used to book the class.

    We can not accept cancellations via email/social media.

    If you cancel 48 hrs before the class you will receive a full refund or your class credit will be added back to your account.

    There are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not contact to reschedule to a new class, as this will not be possible if you're contacting within the 48 hr period prior to your class.

  • Pole Junkie is the place to go. They have the best pole specific heels and clothing you can get!

  • Of course you can. It’s £14 per class or you can buy a Class Pack and save yourself some money.

  • 4 Class Pack £50 - £12.50per class

    6 Class Pack £78 - £13per class

    8 Class Pack £100 - £12.50per class

    10 Class Pack £120 - £12per class

  • Class Packs begin on the date of the first registration. Valid for 4 weeks. (So make sure to book the earliest class you would like to attend first.)

    You can mix and match your classes. There’s no need to go to the same class/classes every week.

    Once you have purchased your membership, you don't need to book all your classes at once. (Just make sure to use them within the 4 weeks.)

    Work around your payday. No set start dates mean no scrambling to get the funds in time for a deadline.

  • Yes, you might find some classes are sold out but you can add yourself to the waiting list but please keep the following things in mind:

    If you do not have an active class pack you will be notified and have 3 hrs to claim your space.

    If you can no longer attend a class you are on the waiting list for, please remove yourself from the waiting list.

    If you have a spot on a waiting list, keep an eye on your emails you will be notifity if you get a space.

    If you have an active class pack you could be automatically added to the class.

  • Be as sparkly or as toned down with your clothing as you like. We embrace everybody. So come as you like!

  • Please remove jewellery before the start of class such as watches, rings and bracelets (earrings, belly button piercing, facial piercings and necklaces are fine though).

  • As an inclusive space we welcome everybody to our Studio for classes. This is with the understanding (of all our Students, regardless of gender) that each Student is respectful to everyone who steps through the door.
