New to Pole? Welcome.

What to expect

Firstly, we expect you to expect the worst. Which we suppose makes it good for us because then it can only get better, right?

Don't worry, we know how you are feeling. We ask most students how long it took them to pluck up the courage to join our classes. And the average result? One year! We can almost hear your hair rustle as you nod in agreement with that statistic.

All we can say is that the studio is a friendly, fun and fully inclusive environment. EVERYONE is welcome.

Believe us when we say that should anyone ever bring a Mean Girls attitude to the class, they would promptly receive an 8" glittered heel between the bum cheeks. But honestly, it has never needed to happen and we doubt it ever will!

Beginners tips to Pole

Wear form fitting clothing such as shorts, vests, crop tops etc that keep your arms and legs exposed for gripping to the pole for Pole classes.

Please don't wear body oils or moisturiser for at least 24hrs before class as this will make the pole too slippy to be able to use.

For our dance based classes, you can wear full length leggings and sleeves but bring shorts incase you need grip. You will also need kneepads and pole heels are preferred.

Please remove jewellery before the start of class such as watches, rings, and bracelets. Earrings, belly button piercings, facial piercings, and necklaces are fine though.

Be as sparkly or as toned down with your clothing as you like. We embrace everybody. So come as you like!

Prefer a private pole lesson?

Then we’re here to help you with everything from the basics to competition training. It can be sport based, sexy or a mix of both! We are here to help YOU with YOUR goals, whatever they may be.

These lessons are great for first timers looking to learn in a more private environment before moving on to group classes.

Private lessons are also very popular for regular students to train and get one-to-one tailored guidance with moves they might want to focus on.
Private lessons are typically one hour long.
