| It doesn't matter what level of fitness that you have as our pole classes are designed for fitness, skill and fun and we go at your own pace. If you have very little fitness ability, you can start to dramatically increase your ability just by attending our classes! For those with a high fitness level, we will push to challenge you further to ensure that everyone gets the fantastic benefits that pole dance classes with us brings. |
