On the day.

On arrival you will receive a Pole Physique pack, which includes a list of the tricks you will learn and a brief description of how to perform them. It also includes a copy of all the routines that you will learn. This folder is yours to keep and it is intended that, as you advance through the levels, you can add more tricks and routines of your own to it.

Class duration is 60 minutes and you are required to wear something that allows for bare legs. We suggest either shorts or a short skirt. On top wear something that will keep you cool, for example a t-shirt, and on your feet a nice pair of heels adds to the effect but if you prefer you can wear trainers.

We also sell poles, identical to those that are used during class time. Prices start at £150. We also have a small selection of footwear and clothing for sale at each of our classes. On the first night, half of the time is used to learn a sexy lapdance. Not only does this add to your dance moves and ability to manoeuvre around the pole, but it also provides you with a necessary warm up before you start. After this, the pole dancing lessons can commence!

You will be taught four basic tricks which can be practiced over the weeks and eventually worked into a set routine. As you progress through the course, the tricks become more advanced and you can begin to choreograph your own routines. Please bring along your own refreshments if you feel that you need them.
