The total cost of a block of lessons is £45. A non-refundable deposit of £30 is paid at time of booking and the remaining £15 paid on the first night. An additional £15 (£60 in total per month) can be paid which allows unlimited access to practice on the pole during opening times. |

Classes are taught as 4 week long blocks. You attend an hour a week for 4 weeks after which you can then go on to the next level. There are 6 levels in total: Beginners, Beginner Continuation, Intermediate, Intermediate Continuation, Advanced, Super Advanced. |

Classes are held in Glasgow: 2nd Floor, 22 Jamaica Street (opposite Woolworths). There is ample parking available in the multi-storey car park above Matalan. Central Station is a two minute walk and all major bus routes stop directly outside. General opening times are 12-4pm Monday to Saturday and 6-9pm Monday to Thursday, closed on Sunday. |

Most people wear what they would wear to the gym but the choice is yours. The only restriction is that you can’t wear anything that covers your legs as this prevents you from gripping onto the pole sufficiently. Shorts or a skirt is acceptable and on your feet you have the choice of heels or trainers. |

There are a maximum of 16 people in a class and there are 8 poles which averages out to 2 people to a pole. |

Yes you can attend on your own at a cost of £20 per hour at a convenient time for you.

Generally, people who have done no exercise have attended and achieved what is asked of them on the course, however the fitter you are the easier you will find it. Some people use the classes as an exercise regime as pole dancing has fantastic cardio and toning benefits. |
