FAQs
How much do the classes cost?
The total cost of a block of lessons is £45 (but check the home page for offers). A non-refundable deposit of £30 is paid at time of booking and the remaining £15 paid on the first night. An additional £15 (£60 in total per month) can be paid which allows unlimited access to practice on the pole during opening times.

How long do classes last?
Classes are taught as 4 week long blocks. You attend an hour a week for 4 weeks after which you can then go on to the next level.  There are 11 levels in total: Beginners, Beginner Continuation, Intermediate, Intermediate Continuation, Advanced, Advanced Continuation, Super Advanced, Super Advanced Continuation, Expert, Expert Continuation and Specialist

When and where are the classes held?
3Classes are held in Glasgow: 3rd Floor, 342 Argyle Street (above Victor Morris). There is ample parking available in the multi-storey car park above Matalan. Central Station is a two minute walk and all major bus routes stop directly outside. General opening times are: Monday to Thursday 6-9pm, Saturday 12-3pm and closed on Sunday. However, we can now offer private tuition and taster sessions outside of these hours for you.

What do I wear?
Most people wear what they would wear to the gym but the choice is yours. The only restriction is that you can’t wear anything that covers your legs as this prevents you from gripping onto the pole sufficiently. Shorts or a skirt is acceptable and on your feet you have the choice of heels,  trainers or bare feet.

How many people in a class?
There are a maximum of 10 people in a class and our policy is to have no more than 2 students to a pole.

Can I learn on a one-to-one basis?
Yes you can attend on your own at a cost of £20 per hour at a convenient time for you. Students attending the block classes can also have extra private tuition for £10 per hour per person. Call Tiffany on 0870 225 2706 to arrange a suitable time.
