Poles are now available for sale. Kits consist of pole (at fixed length) a top and a base. There is no need for screws into your ceiling or floor the pole stays in place simply using tension. It is also possible to put it up and down as you wish. Prices start at £180 but we have a BIG DISCOUNT of only £95 for ANY size. Pole Physique now offers unlimited practice sessions to all of it's students. For an extra £15 per month you can drop in during our opening hours (Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and Saturday 12-3pm) and practice what you have been taught at your tutored class. You don't have to book in advance, although you must be attending a block of classes. |

Every Saturday from 12-2pm, there is a stretch to increase your flexibility class. It is open to anyone and is £5 for the 2 hour class or you can book a block of 4 classes for £15. This class needs to be booked in advance by calling 07786 072 071. Currently unavailable but will back on very soon ladies....
