 Welcome to Pole Physique, Scotland's premier pole dancing academy. Pole Physique was founded to bring pole dancing classes to a wider audience.
With experience in teaching the art and techniques of pole dancing since 2002, making us the longest founded company in Scotland and using only qualified teachers. Our pole dancing classes are designed to cater for women from all walks of life - all ages, shapes and sizes.  We have classes ranging from beginner to super advanced. Some students have even gone on to become professional dancers! But don't worry if that's not for you, most students come purely for the outstanding fitness and confidence building benefits.

For an extra £15 per month, you can now drop into the studio to practice as and when it suits you. Opening times are 12-4pm Monday to Saturday. 6-9pm Wednesday and Thursday. Poles are now available for sale. Kits consist of pole (at fixed length) a top and a base. There is no need for screws into your ceiling or floor the pole stays in place simply using tension. It is also possible to put it up and down as you wish. Prices start at £150 and includes the cost of delivery (for addresses within a 20 mile radius of Glasgow city centre, cannot post or deliver outside Scotland) and fitting instructions.
