Poles are now available for sale. Kits consist of pole (at fixed length) a top and a base. There is no need for screws into your ceiling or floor the pole stays in place simply using tension. It is also possible to put it up and down as you wish £120. We also stock X-Poles, the swankiest in the business! Pole Physique now offers unlimited practice sessions to all of it's students. For an extra £15 per month you can drop in during our opening hours (Monday-Thursday 6-9pm and Saturday 12-3pm) and practice what you have been taught at your tutored class. You don't have to book in advance, although you must be attending a block of classes. |

Every Saturday from 12-1pm, Flexy Stretchy Class for just £5. This class is for all levels and is specifically designed for you to get all types of splits. Perfect for improving the look of all your pole tricks as well then being able to tackle all the different splits that can be performed upside down on the pole! This class needs to be booked in advance by calling 07786 072 071.
